2. Hosting and website requests

This website is hosted on a server provided by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. See netcup’s privacy information.

When you open a page, the server processes your IP address and the requested resource to deliver the website. Apache access logs record the IP address, request date and time, HTTP request, response status, amount of data transferred, referrer if supplied, and browser user-agent. Error logs may include technical information about failed requests.

This processing supports delivery, troubleshooting and security of the website. Its legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The configured Apache log rotation runs daily and retains 14 rotated log files in addition to the current file. This normally corresponds to around 15 days of web-server log history. These are this website’s server logs; netcup’s own processing is described separately in its privacy information.

3. Cookies, analytics and local resources

The website does not set cookies and does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. It contains no analytics, advertising scripts or embedded Twitch player. Images, styles and scripts are served from this domain. Fonts come from your device.

There is no registration form or website account.

4. Minecraft server status and clipboard

While the home page is visible, your browser requests the status file from this website every 30 seconds. These requests are handled and logged like other website requests. The status contains only server availability, the number of players and an update timestamp; it does not publish player names, UUIDs or IP addresses.

When you press a Copy button, the selected server address or port is written to your clipboard. The website does not read your clipboard or send its contents to us.

5. External links

The website links to Twitch, the S1lent network and information pages referenced here. An ordinary link does not embed the destination. Your browser contacts that service when you follow the link; its own privacy information then applies. For Twitch, see Twitch’s Privacy Notice.

6. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address, the content of your message and any information you provide to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries, or Article 6(1)(b) where the enquiry concerns a contract. Correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable legal retention requirements.

7. Connecting to the Minecraft server

Joining Minecraft is separate from browsing this website. The game infrastructure processes connection information, including your IP address, player name and UUID, to connect you and manage access. Game-server logs can contain connection events and chat messages. LuckPerms stores role assignments; CoreProtect records actions such as block and container changes to investigate and repair damage.

The website status does not expose these records. Processing supports operation and moderation of the community server under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Contact contact@s1lent.dev for questions about your game-server data or a deletion request.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. Contact contact@s1lent.dev to exercise these rights.
